I was born in Port Angeles, Washington - the ancestral lands of the Lower Elwha nəxʷsƛ̕áy̕əm̕ (Klallam) people -next to both the mountains and the sea, and lived in 3 places before the age of 7. As a grown-up I've spent time on four continents, and I love to wander and be lost for awhile. I am a musician, clown, martial artist, poet,dancer, and have even worked as a flying trapeze instructor. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and former massage therapist, and I received a self-designed Master's Degree in Play: Clowning, Ritual, and Transformation from Lesley University. Working as a Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant®, I also create ceremonies for people from all walks of life. If there is no venue for my work, I'll create one. I enjoy facilitating experiences across ages, cultures, and borders that help people create lives worth living.
